Aislinn Biladeau has been a licensed Texas real estate agent since 2009, and also holds an inactive MI real estate license.  Aislinn brings a wealth of knowledge to CW Sparks Realty.  Her past experience includes working in some of the top Ebby Halliday and Keller Williams real estate teams in DFW, as well as working briefly on the lending side as a loan coordinator.  She is an especially talented Realtor with a specialty in luxury properties and the extra care that’s needed for large transactions.  Aislinn holds an MBA in Strategic Mangement from UNT.

Donald has been a licensed real estate agent for 17 years!

Donald moved to Dallas in the fall of 1998 and attended Collin County Community College in Plano to obtain his real estate license.  He started his career in real estate in the summer of 1999, by serving both in the single and multi-family property management industry.  Donald is an accomplished sales agent, and guides buyers and sellers through difficult sales transactions to make deals happen.  Some of Donald’s recent sales accomplishments include acting as the agent for both sides of a 17 property package deal, and coordinating with 4 owners and agents to help consummate a joint sale of a group of properties to a development firm.

Donald is an avid philanthropist, and inspires everyone he meets.  He lives by this motto: “Remember to help those that have less than you”.

Austin joined CW Sparks Management in 2008, and now serves as the company’s designated broker.  He is responsible for the oversight of all marketing, management, and financial operations, as well as all licensee activities and compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids, Boy Scouts, church, soccer, traveling, snowboarding, biking, and the occasional moment of peace!

Rick Williams is the newest Realtor to join CW Sparks Realty.  Rick has past experience in real estate sales, leasing, management, and business document management.  Ricky is a motivated Realtor, a true go-getter with a can-do attitude.

A proud Texas native, Katie started her property management career in ’09. She has experience in both multi-family and residential management capacities and holds a B.A. in Business Administration. Katie enjoys having the opportunity to extend her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to her clients. She is active in sporting events including crossfit and marathon runs and enjoys time spent with family and her German Shepherds.
